Step 02

Paste the starter prompt

Starter prompt · what to build
Build a [app, e.g. neighborhood recommendations map] for [community, e.g. parents in my town].
Use the codata MCP server for the backend. Create tables for users, places (name, category, address, latitude, longitude, added by) and reviews (place, user, rating, comment, date).
Features: sign up and log in with Codata IO sign-in; a map with pins filtered by category; add a place; leave a review; a list view sorted by rating.
Add basic moderation: I can hide a place or review from an admin page.
Design layer · keep it in the same prompt
DESIGN (follow exactly)
Style: friendly, local and trustworthy; rounded cards and a clean, light map style.
Layout: the map fills the top 60% with category filter chips floating over it, and a scrollable list of places below (side by side on desktop).
Pins: one icon per category. Tapping a pin opens a bottom sheet with the name, star rating, the 2 latest reviews and an "Add review" button.
Place cards: name, category, star rating and review count.
Add a place: 3 short steps with an address search.
Admin: a moderation queue with Hide / Keep buttons.
Colors: off-white background, white cards with soft 1px borders, near-black text, and ONE accent color: [your brand color, e.g. #2F5BFF] for buttons and highlights only.
Type: one clean sans-serif (e.g. Geist or Plus Jakarta Sans), 16px body text, generous line spacing.
Use Tailwind with shadcn/ui components. Add empty, loading and error states, and make every tap target at least 44px.
Build the main screen first with these exact specs and show it to me. After my OK, connect it to Codata IO.
Step 03

Add one feature at a time

Follow-up · reports
Add a "report" button on reviews; save reports in Codata IO and email me through Codata IO when a new one comes in.
Follow-up · on every phone
Make it installable on a phone home screen (PWA) and check it works well on small screens.
Step 04

Go live

Launch prompt
Check that members can only edit their own reviews, the admin page needs sign-in, and no keys are in the code. Then deploy on Codata IO hosting and give me the live URL to share with the community.
Pro tip

No per-user pricing. Your community growing doesn't raise your plan: you pay for what the app uses, not for its success.
